• A tool is broken. Say which tool, which browser and version, and what you did just before it went wrong. If a file caused it, its type and rough size is usually enough — please do not send the file itself.
• Something on a page is wrong. Guides and reference pages get corrected. Point at the page and the claim, and it will be checked against the source and fixed or removed.
• A tool is missing. Describe the job rather than the tool. Requests that come with the actual task attached are the ones that get built.
• Business, licensing, or advertising. Same inbox. Please put the subject in the first line.

It cannot recover your work. The tools process files inside your browser and keep no copy — once a tab is closed, nothing about that session exists anywhere, here included. There is no server-side history to restore from.
